After Shannon’s incredibly successful heart procedure (he made the history books as the 3rd person in the world to ever have a new, non-FDA approved operation!), he’s not just our Guinea Pig any longer. He’s yours…er, Medicine’s. Seriously though, he’s doing great. Doctor’s officially cleared him today giving him the green light to drink booze…oh, and play music (we have priorities).

2. Don’t miss us in LA this Friday at The Mint. Old Californio joins us (we’ve begged them to play with us for over 2 years now!) along with some other great friends. We’ll also be hitting up the online Radio airwaves with Indie 103.1, Moheak and possibly be giving away a pair of Black Keys/Cage The Elephant/Stone Foxes tickets on X103.9 in Phoenix for our April show in Mesa, AZ. Spence then returned to San Francisco with family to eat dinner and watch Disc 3 of Season 2 of 90s teen drama “Dawson’s Creek” which he had ‘netflixed’ just before the holiday weekend.
